Our current project includes development of the incentives for the management team to ensure a successful transition of the outsourcing company from the Ukrainian to the Dutch ownership. Market EntryUpmarket Navigation Service Russia has acquired a new wealth. A Swiss technology company looking to proving a mapping and a navigation service wanted to target the market segment of the wealthy Russians. We have worked with our client to identify cost- and time- efficient way to promote the technology on the Russian market reflected in an overall marketing plan. Software development centre Our German client was considering Eastern Europe as a location for its software development centre. We have conducted an analysis of 13 eastern European countries with in-depth focus on 6, and provided information about the political situation, economy, infrastructure, corruption, cost levels, resources and competition in those countries. Our client then accepted our recommendations of establishing a development centre in Ukraine and proceeded with the implementation phase.Customised ResearchAnalogue and mixed signal engineers in Russia A semiconductor design company needed analogue and mixed signal engineers to expand its design team. The company decided to look at Russia as one of the potential locations of its design centre. We worked with our client to plan a set up of a captive development centre in Russia and identified a major source of the AMS engineers in on one of the Russia’s leading engineering schools.Wind farm in Ukraine A German wind turbine operator was considering an investment in the wind farm in Ukraine. We have deployed our contacts in the country to identify the current wind farm capacity, local wind turbine manufacturers and made initial introductions with the current industry players. |
