I would add two very active grass-root initiatives started in Szeged (South-Eastern Hungary) that are most visible on Facebook, unfortunately mostly in Hungarian language (in spite of Prezi’s CTO Peter Halacsy’s advice ):

Might be worth doing some due diligence before writing an article like this… I have talked with the founders of several so-called “Growth-Up” graduates… when asked, they typically answer something like… “oh really? We are considered to be in Growth-up? I didn’t even know…”

Or perhaps ask the “incubated” companies what assistance Growth-up gave them…. and see what answers you get.
