The Polish startup UXPin that develops cloud-based UX tools has finally released details of their funding round we have learned about last week. Today we learn that in adittion to Andreessen Horowitz fund, IDG Ventures, Innovation Nest and an business angels Gil Penchina and Mansour Salame backed the startup. The total amount of funding has not been disclosed.
UXPin aims to spend the money to “revolutionize how the digital apps are designed”, according to Marcin Treder, the CEO of UXPin. Its cloud-based tool helps designers and developers collaborate in the process of designing websites and mobile applications. It also offers library of elements and wireframe tools to simplify the design process.
Previously Cracow-based Polish seed fund Innovation Nest invested $700,000 into the startup. UXPin says that its solution is used at Google, Yahoo!, Salesforce, IBM and other companies.
