I’m not sure 3Desk helps people see each other in real time while working. Anyway, it’s a big challenge to overcome traffic jam and multinational companies. I am interested to see some new breakthrough technology coming out in that area. Display walls, video tracking, 3D sound, continuous video connection are options to enhance the feeling to really work close to another,in place of have to active a Skype video session each time a worker wants to speak with a colleague of the same team or project. We can say the same for families living in multiple places, or elderly living alone, or singles living in two different apartments.
