Finally on a weekly basis again, here comes new roundup from Eastern European startup scene.

Deal flow

Almaz Capital invested $1,2 million in social recruitment platform Pruffi.

Grupa Polskapresse backed Polish online learning platform LangLoo with 130,000 Euro.

Launches and new releases

Romanian Bitdefender relaunched its iOS privacy monitoring tool Clueful online, after Apple removed it from the AppStore, according to TechCrunch. The website allows you to understand the mobile apps and the type of information they obtain from iPhone.

Slovenian Flaviar launched a subscription service to taste hard liquors with friends, as covered by The Next Web.

Croatian ShoutEm launched an HTML5 app development platform, reported by TechCrunch.

Estonian Qminder launched its iPad app, offering a complete queue management solution for small businesses.

Lithuanian startup AdDuplex launched mobile app cross-promotion network for Window 8.

Latvian Cobook has released new feature on its Mac Contact Management app (desktop). Now it syncs with Google contacts according to TechCrunch. More on Cobook can be found in our earlier post.

Press coverage

Estonian time tracking tool Toggl acquired 300,000 users and reported three-times revenue growth, according to Arctic Startup.
