Facebook “Like” button seems nearly old-fashioned now, but call it “wow!” as Polish Showroom has done, and you can see dramatic results.

Michal Juda, the co-founder of Showroom, the ecommerce platform for independent fashion and design brands has shared this infographics, which shows the magic of integration with Facebook Open Graph.  The users were asked to wow their favorite products and participate in a prize draw. The Facebook traffic tripled as a result, and more importantly the company saw a two-folds increase in the turnover.

Now the visitors to the websites are also offered 5 percent discount if they “wow” 5 showroom products. See the infographics below for further information.

Showroom, backed by the Polish VC fund HardGamma, offers designers to to sell their products on its own website, as well as Facebook store and individual online shops, which are all bound to a single inventory management system. More than 300 Polish brands use Showroom as the main online shopping channel, and the company is looking to expand internationally. The products are now available to the English speaking shoppers, as the company has just launched an English version of its website.
